Front Desk Associate
We are currently looking for a positive, dedicated Front Desk Associate to join the Whetstone community. The Whetstone Front Desk Associate is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service while completing their duties. It is imperative that the Front Desk Associate at Whetstone remains consistent with our mission of climbing, connecting and community and core values. Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- 1+ year of climbing experience preferred
- Experience in a sales environment
- Rock Gym Pro software experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Self-initiative to complete downtime tasks
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week on average
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong team player, able to give and receive feedback
- Ability to act in a high-pressure/rescue situation
- CPR/First-Aid Certification Desired
Hours & Compensation
- This is a non-exempt hourly compensated position
- 10-20 hours per week
- Shifts are Weekdays and minimum one weekend shift
- Hourly wage starting at $15.50 based on experience
