Front Desk Associate
Job Description
We are currently looking for a positive, dedicated Front Desk Associate to join the Whetstone community. The Whetstone Front Desk Associate is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service while completing their duties. It is imperative that the Front Desk Associate at Whetstone remains consistent with our mission of climbing, connecting and community and core values. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- 1+ year of climbing experience preferred
- Rock Gym Pro software experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Self-initiative to complete downtime tasks
- Strong team player, able to give and receive feedback
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- CPR/First-Aid Certification Desired
Hours & Compensation:
- This is a non-exempt hourly compensated position
- 32 hours per week
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Base hourly wage starting at $14.50 and may have flexibility based on experience
