Front Desk Associate
We are currently looking for a positive, dedicated Front Desk Associate to join the Whetstone community. The Whetstone Front Desk Associate is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service while completing their duties. It is imperative that the Front Desk Associate at Whetstone remains consistent with our mission of climbing, connecting and community and core values. Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- 1+ year of climbing experience preferred
- Rock Gym Pro software experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Self-initiative to complete downtime tasks
- Available to work 5-15 hours per week on average
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong team player, able to give and receive feedback
- CPR/First-Aid Certification Desired
Time Commitment:
- This is a part time position; 10-20 hours per week
- Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts in a workweek (Wednesday + weekend)
- Wage starts at $15.50 per hour
