Return Policy: Products can only be returned to our shop if:

• The product has absolutely no webbing (harnesses, quickdraws, ropes, cams, slings, etc. all contain webbing)
• It is within 2 weeks from the date of purchase
• The item is like new and in re-sellable condition. This means shoes need to be clean without obviously rounded edges or scuffed toe boxes
• All packaging is intact, including shoes with their original boxes
• You have a receipt
