Injuries don’t have to mean time off, canceled climbing trips, or starting over on your progress. Join Dr. AJ Cohen and Dr. Hannah Meador from Up & Running PT at this month's Workshop Wednesday. It'll be an casual session at The Bivy where you can learn simple ways you can avoid injuries and recover effectively if you're rehabbing.
