What Does a Session Look Like?

 

Before each session, a written assessment must be completed by the individual.

Each Session can include a combination of any the following always beginning with a warmup:

 

  • Movement and Strength Assessments
  • Practice Drills
  • Technique Drills
  • Video Analysis
  • Mental Prep
  • Hangboard Coaching
  • Weight Training

 

Included:

  •  8-10 workouts, customized for you, to complete over the course of 4-6 weeks.
  • Weekly guidance via email, phone, or video. (1x a week)

Why Train?

Ken’s personal path to training:

 

In 2013 I really started to look at my climbing.  I looked at where I had been with my climbing, where I currently was, and most importantly- where I wanted to go.  I realized I had been on a climbing plateau for years; my progression had stopped and I wanted to know why.

 

The root of my problem was glaringly simple: I was continually going to the gym without any structure or knowledge on how to improve. 

 

Diving right in, I read book after book and reached out to trainers and climbers to see what they were doing to improve.  After some trial and error, I found that the way to progress was simples: focused sessions coupled with simple but effective training programs and supplemental exercises. 

 

Implementing focused training sessions into your climbing will make you stronger, improve your climbing, and help keep you free of injury, regardless of age or ability.

 

I decided to become a personal trainer/coach because I was continually seeing climbers make the same mistakes I had in the past, and I knew I could help them solve their frustrations. 

 

My love for climbing has instilled in me a passion for helping people reach their full potential and I look forward to helping you invest in your climbing future today!

Pricing

 

One-On-One Sessions:

  • 1 Session: $65
  • 4 Sessions: $60 Each
  • 8 Sessions: $55 Each

 

Group Sessions: Small group sessions are aimed at 2-4 individuals with the same goals in mind.

 

2 People

  • 1 Session: $42.50 per person
  • 4 Sessions: $37.50 per person
  • 8 Sessions: $32.50 per person

 

3 People

  • 1 Session = $35 per person
  • 4 Sessions = $30 per person
  • 8 Sessions = $25 per person

 

4 People

  • 1 Session = $31.25
  • 4 Sessions = $26.25
  • 8 Sessions = $21.25
