Students of all levels are welcomed to our yoga classes, whether you want to build strength, increase your flexibility and body awareness, reduce the possibility of injury, or just to relax. We will be offering a variety of classes; ranging from Restorative to Vinyasa yoga.

 

 

 

Core Class with Ken Klein

In this 45 minute class, NASM Personal Trainer and Climb Strong Certified Performance Coach, Ken Klein, will address everything from the rectus abdominals to the posterior chain. In this fast-paced, circuit style class, you will be progressed through functional core strengthening exercises that are both fun and engaging!
