Students of all levels are welcome to our yoga classes, whether you want to build strength, increase your flexibility and body awareness, reduce the possibility of injury, or just to relax.


Due to the Covid-19, our classes are limited to 8-10 participants, and pre-registration is required!

About Our Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Yoga

Our Vinyasa yoga class works to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and improve balance. In addition, our emphasis on breath work will help to increase your focus during climbing and yoga, and all areas of life. Whether you are a climber looking to take your first yoga class or are an advanced practitioner, poses will be offered to challenge all abilities.

About Our Fitness Classes

Core Blast

In this 45 minute class, instructors will address everything from the rectus abdominals to the posterior chain. In this fast-paced, circuit style class, you will be progressed through functional core strengthening exercises that are both fun and engaging!
