Brittanie Williamson

Fitness Instructor

Brittanie received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Wichita State University. Following completion of her degree she spent the next 10 years coaching CrossFit, running a Strength and Conditioning gym, and working with sports teams for strength and injury prevention. An athlete herself, she has continued learning about balanced and specific training protocols.

She has studied functional training, facial training, breath work, pelvic floor health, injury prevention, and cyclical training for women. She enjoys building fun training programs that allows people to commit to a sustainable training practice.

Her classes and training will build a well rounded foundation that will help one enjoy their life activities outside of the gym while feeling stronger, having more endurance, and feeling as pain free as possible.

All classes and trainings are easily modifiable for people of all experience levels. So if you’re a seasoned athlete, or just beginning you will be welcome and leave feeling successful!
