Students of all levels are welcome to our yoga classes, whether you want to build strength, increase your flexibility and body awareness, reduce the possibility of injury, or just to relax. We have a dedicated, peaceful yoga studio where you can take classes from our experienced and knowledgeable instructors.
If you plan to take a fitness or yoga class, please be sure to sign up ahead of time. This helps us coordinate with our instructors so they can provide you the best possible experience when you come in for class!
