necessary to keep our community safe, happy, and healthy.

 

Please see below for information on our reopening procedures including health and safety policies and how we’re handling the current climate:

Health & Safety Updates

  • If you feel sick, and you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or you have recently been in contact with individuals with COVID-19, please stay home.
  • We are requiring reservations at all times.
  • Yoga/Fitness and instruction classes must be reserved at the gym or over the phone after you reserve your climbing session.
  • Participants must wear face coverings (masks) at all times in the facility. This includes while climbing.
  • Please wash or sanitize your hands before starting to climb and as often as you can.
  • Avoid touching your face while climbing or without first washing or sanitizing hands.
  • Practice proper respiratory etiquette and do not cough or sneeze without appropriately covering your nose and mouth.
  • Shoe, harness, and belay device rentals will be available in a limited capacity on a first come first serve basis every day and will be sanitized between uses. Lead rope rentals are currently unavailable.
  • Payment will be accepted only by card. NO cash.

Updated Waiver

  • Please fill out our new waiver prior to arriving to the facility.

Limited Capacity

  • Capacity is limited to 50 customers in the building at a time
    To increase the physical distance between patrons, we will be operating at 10% of our standard capacity.
  • Check out at the Front Desk when you leave the facility.
  • Reservations are required.
  • Reservations may only be made for members, Punch Pass holders & 7 Days of Sending holders. Guests and day pass holders may be welcomed as walk-ins when space permits.

Instruction and Classes

Climbing Zones

  • The gym will be divided into 5 zones; when you are climbing, please ensure that no more than 10 people are in each zone.
