Krista is a Fort Collins native with a love and passion for playing outside and sharing the gift of yoga. On her free time, she explores her outside passions of whitewater rafting, mountain biking, climbing, and skiing. Her yoga classes include creative weaved themes and sequences offering unique insights and challenges along the way. Her classes encourage the internal exploration of the mind, body and spirit to build confidence and inspire courage from within. She encourages all people to practice with intention to be their best selves on and off the mat. She always brings a sense of playfulness and balance to the practice so these classes will leave you feeling rejuvenated, accomplished, and full of light!
