Ben Johnston

Yoga Instructor

Ben is a Fort Collins native who grew up at high speed, both working and playing hard. He gravitated to yoga as a means to help care for his body and mind after much abuse in the name of fun. As a long time climber, he is versed in the demands of the sport and feels that yoga is a perfect counterpart to any climbing fitness plan. His classes aim to support both the mental and physical aspects, utilizing breath and movement to help each student in their own unique way. From each class students can expect a lighthearted atmosphere and thoughtfully crafted sequences.
