Ashley Eining

Yoga Instructor

Fitness has always been a priority for Ashley through a lifetime of sports and long-distance running. After experiencing an injury from a half marathon in 2013 she began to use yoga as a form of cross-training and has been hooked ever since. She is a 200 hr RYT and has a background teaching barre and fitness classes. Ashley loves the opportunities for connection and empowerment that yoga provides and wants to continue to share that knowledge with others. Outside of yoga, she loves spending her time traveling, cooking, and being outdoors
