Whether you are a beginner or an elite climber, we have courses for everyone! From movement classes to more technical instruction, your climbing needs will be met in this supportive environment with our knowledgeable instructors.

Introductory Classes

Experience a rich introductory class designed to familiarize you to the world of indoor climbing. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide your experience and provide you an opportunity to explore all aspects of indoor climbing.

Topics: Climbing equipment, safety and etiquette in the gym, belaying on top-rope, bouldering grades and how to fall properly.

Bouldering is a great place to start if you are new to climbing. The equipment list is short making this style of climbing quite accessible. This class will cover basic footwork and technique, climbing grades, gym etiquette and proper falling technique.

Our three-week Movement Class will improve your climbing techniques on the wall while introducing you to climbing fundamentals, from your toes to your shoulders. Each session follows a progressive path which is carefully designed to enhance your abilities.

Advanced Climbing Classes

This class is designed for climbers who are ready to get above the bolts. You will learn proper belay technique, clipping stance and fall techniques.
*Participants must demonstrate solid top-rope technique on 5.9 routes, and have passed the top-rope test at Whetstone.
