Whether you’re looking to clear out your gear closet or get some new-to-you gear without breaking the bank, we’re here to help at this month’s Community Night.

If you’re looking to get rid of gear, keep it in use and out of the landfill without the hassle of consignment or selling it online. You can swap or sell it to other members, get it patched, mended, or fixed on site by our team, or donate it to The Matthews House.

Interested in trying a new sport and don’t want to spend full-price on new year? Just looking for a sweet deal? Either way, show up ready to save some cash!

We'll have food & drink specials for members all night and anyone that brings in gear to swap, sell, or mend gets and extra deep discount!

Gear Swap Details

• Bring in your gear, throw a price tag on it, and hang out while others browse

• Pricing and payment options like cash, Venmo, etc are 100% up to you

• We cannot sell gear for you while you head down for a climbing session. Hang out, shop around, grab a snack and a drink from The Bivy!

Patching/Mending Details

• Bring in your gear and drop it off with Janelle. She'll work to mend it, patch it, or fix it up for you while you wait

• Gear mending will be on a first-come, first-served basis

• Please do not bring in safety-related gear like harnesses for repair

Donation Details

If you have shoes or a harness that are still in usable condition that you no longer need, drop them off with our team at the event and we'll get them to The Matthews House. Doesn't get much easier than that!
